Gigabit Featuring 8 10/100/1000Mbps ports, TL-SG108 greatly expands your network capacity, enabling instant large file transfers. So power users in their home, office, workgroup, or creative production environment can move large, bandwidth-intensive files faster. Instantly transfer graphics, CGI, CAD or multimedia files over the network.


Eco-friendly with Ethernet

The new TL-SG108 features innovative power-saving technology that can dramatically expand your network capacity while using much less power. Automatically adjusts power consumption based on link status and cable length to limit your network's carbon footprint.

  • Close unused ports.
    When the computer or network device is turned off, the corresponding ports of the traditional switch will still consume a lot of power. TL-SG108 can automatically detect the link status of each port. and reduce power consumption of unused ports. As a result, energy consumption is reduced by 82%.

  • Energy Budget by Length
    Cables Ideally, shorter cables use less power because of less energy degradation with length. This is not the case with most devices. This is because power is applied the same across the entire cable regardless of length.


Optimizing data transmission
802.1p and DSCP QoS 1 enable seamless transmission of latency-sensitive data such as audio and video, and IGMP snooping 1 optimizes multicast data streams.

: The automatic feature of this gigabit switch makes installation plug-and-play and hassle-free. No need to configure Auto MDI/MDIX, eliminating the need for crossover cables. Auto-negotiation on each port detects the link speed of network devices (10, 100, or 1000 Mbps) and intelligently adjusts for maximum compatibility and performance.
