What the customer will receive.
- This service includes installation of MSI EV Chargers, complete with electrical wiring (up to 15 meters), consumer unit, and installation.
- The price covers labor and installation costs, using standard equipment as specified by the company.
- 1-year warranty on post-installation work.
- The MSI EV Charger must be installed with a meter of sufficient capacity to power it. If the customer's meter is small, please obtain the necessary meter before installation.
Service standards

- Check the suitability of the electrical system.
- Protect the area, floors, and walls.
- Check the electrical system.
- Check the system's operation after installation.
- Clean the surrounding area, hand over the completed work, and provide instructions on maintenance.

- Customers can change their service date up to 2 business days before their scheduled appointment.
- The company reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage in the following cases:
- The client hires an external party to provide services or resolve issues related to the company's work.
- Customers hire or have technicians from the company perform work without paying the service fee through the company.
- Improper use/maintenance, accidents, or expired spare parts.
- The service is complete when the client or their representative signs off on the work. Any changes will incur additional charges.
- Customers are responsible for providing a security deposit, paying for utilities (water and electricity), parking fees, and obtaining permission to work with the building management.
Standard installation equipment includes a 7.4 kW EV charger.
