The DGS-1100's web-based user interface provides a simple way to manage Layer 2 features such as VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Link Aggregation (static). With powerful security features such as IGMP Snooping , Static MAC and Storm Control, the DGS-1100 Smart family is a versatile solution for environments that require an easy-to-use, easily configured solution without increasing complexity.

Download our free Nuclias Connect network management software, designed for cost-effective network privacy, control and scalability. It can be used as an on-premises software management platform or as a cloud-based solution. A dedicated Nuclias Connect Hub (DNH-100) 4 is also available for hardware-based, centralized network management.
Easy Troubleshooting

The DGS-1100 Series features loopback detection and cable diagnostics to help network administrators quickly and easily locate and resolve network problems.

Loopback detection is used to detect loops created by specific ports and automatically shut down the affected ports. The cable diagnostics feature is designed to allow network administrators to quickly check the quality of copper cables, recognize the cable type, and detect cable errors.

The DGS-1100 Smart Series includes cost-effective, high-powered PoE switches for businesses that need to power a large number of VoIP phones, wireless access points, or network cameras.

Green Technology

D-Link Green Technology enables the DGS-1100 Smart Series to save energy without sacrificing much. Most series use a fanless design for quiet and energy-efficient operation. All series support IEEE 802.3az and feature time-based link status detection and PoE (except for the DGS-1100-05PD and DGS-1100-08P models).
