Explore a fantasy adventure world to defeat the muscular dragon and his minions using real-life workouts!

Explore vast grasslands by jogging in place, attack enemies by performing shoulder presses, and restore your health bar by doing yoga moves. Two new accessories, the Ring-Con™ and Leg Strap, measure your real-world movements and turn them into in-game moves. Ring Fit Adventure features a variety of mini-games and can create customized workout schedules, making it a great option for players of all skill levels and on different schedules.

Defeat enemies in Adventure mode with real-world fitness-based attacks as you explore over 100 levels across 20 worlds. As you progress through levels (and work up a sweat), you'll earn experience points. When not in combat, you can find unusual methods of transportation, like rocket launchers using squats. You can pass your Ring-Con and Leg Strap accessories around, and choose from a few mini-games, like breaking boxes with gusto, making pottery with squats, and more.
