What the customer will receive.

• This service includes installation of MSI EV Chargers, complete with electrical wiring (up to 15 meters), consumer unit, and installation.
• The price covers labor and installation costs, using standard equipment as specified by the company.
• 1-year warranty on post-installation work.
• The MSI EV Charger must be installed with a meter of sufficient capacity to power it. If the customer's meter is small, please obtain the necessary meter before installation.

Service standards

• Check the suitability of the electrical system.
• Protect the area, floors, and walls.
• Check the electrical system.
• Check the system's operation after installation.
• Clean the surrounding area, hand over the completed work, and provide instructions on maintenance.

Service Guidelines

• Customers can change their service date up to 2 business days before their scheduled appointment.
• The company reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage in the following cases:
  1. The client hires an external party to provide services or resolve issues related to the company's work.
  2. Customers hire or have technicians from the company perform work without paying the service fee through the company.
  3. Improper use/maintenance, accidents, or expired spare parts.
• The service is complete when the client or their representative signs off on the work. Any changes will incur additional charges.
• Customers are responsible for providing a security deposit, paying for utilities (water and electricity), parking fees, and obtaining permission to work with the building management.

Standard installation equipment includes a 7.4 kW EV charger.
