Cooler Master HTK-002 Thermal Compound is a grease-like silicone material filled with thermally conductive metal oxides. This blend promotes high thermal conductivity, low bleed, and high-temperature stability. These compounds resist uniformity changes at temperatures up to 177°C (350°F), maintaining a positive heat sink seal to improve heat transfer from the electronics to the heatsink or chassis, thus improving the overall efficiency of the device.
