Compact and fast ROG Falchion Ace HFX

The ROG Falchion Ace HFX is a compact 65% analog gaming keyboard, featuring ROG HFX magnetic switches with a customizable actuation range of 0.1mm to 4.0mm, along with a dedicated Rapid Trigger key for the fastest typing response. An 8,000 Hz polling rate provides exceptionally responsive performance, making the Falchion Ace HFX significantly faster than competitive keyboards. Five-layer damping and a silicone foot cushion absorb ping noise and vibration, providing a superior typing experience. Multifunction keys and an interactive touchpad provide intelligent adjustment of action points, with easy control over media playback, volume, and keyboard lighting. Dual USB-C ports located on the rear, left and right sides of the keyboard provide flexible connectivity, with a quick-switch button to seamlessly switch between two PCs.

Compact size 65%

ROG Falchion Ace HFX cleverly integrates arrow and navigation keys into a 65% keyboard layout, with a length of just 315mm, which is almost the same size as a 60% keyboard. Enjoy all the functionality of a regular keyboard while saving desktop space.

ROG HFX magnetic switches

ROG’s latest pre-lubricated magnetic switches are designed for a solid feel with ultra-fast, ultra-accurate performance and a lifespan of 100 million keystrokes.

*Please keep ROG Falchion Ace HFX away from magnetic objects when in use. If any issues occur, remove the magnetic objects and reconnect the keyboard.

Customizable work points

ROG HFX magnetic switches have an actuation range of 0.1 to 4.0mm to accommodate all typing styles. Actuation point adjustments can be made using the multifunction button and touchpad, or via the Armoury Crate software.

Tap speed mode

In Speed ​​Tap (SOCD*) mode, as soon as the system detects two button inputs (e.g. A and D), it will give priority to the last input and automatically release the previous one. This means that in FPS games, pressing two opposite directional buttons will no longer stop the character from moving. On the contrary, it is now possible to change direction instantly without releasing the previous button, eliminating any reaction time gaps and ensuring precise aiming every time.

Survey frequency 8000 Hz

High-speed USB microcontroller delivers an 8,000 Hz polling rate that refreshes inputs up to 8x faster than most gaming keyboards, reducing latency from 1 ms to just 0.125 ms.

*The polling rate is the frequency at which the keyboard reports to your computer. The faster the polling rate, the faster the response time to each keystroke. Typical gaming keyboards have a maximum polling rate of 1,000 Hz, while an 8,000 Hz polling rate means the keyboard reports 8,000 times per second, reducing input lag.

Easy-to-use controls

The multifunction keys and interactive touchpad let you customize a wide range of settings, including volume, media playback, keyboard lighting, and trigger points, as well as customize commands. Additionally, the LED light bar on top of the keyboard displays dynamic lighting effects to reflect real-time changes.
